CETF: Hold Comcast Accountable for Performance

CETF Board Members Barbara O’Connor and Lloyd Levine call on federal regulators to hold Comcast accountable for improving its performance in signing up low-income Americans for affordable broadband.  They argue that in reviewing its proposal to acquire Time Warner Cable, regulators must set measurable goals and effective oversight.
