Event will be held exclusively online
Bringing together representatives of regional broadband advocates, Chico State’s North State Planning and Development Collective will host its fifth annual Virtual Broadband Summit, 9 a.m. to noon Thursday. Attendance at the event will be available online only.
Representatives from the California Department of Technology, California Emerging Technology Fund, California Public Utilities Commission, Rural Counties Representatives of California and National Telecommunications Industry Association will discuss north state broadband internet — including current efforts, legislation and initiatives.
