Non-Profits Propose Affordable Broadband for All Low-Income Residents
The California Emerging Technology Fund (CETF) and 20 leading broadband advocates today submitted formal comments to the Federal Communications Commission calling on regulators to hold Comcast accountable to improve its affordable home Internet program and expand the service to include all low-income residents.
