CETF Introduces New Chief Management Officer To Surpass Goals And Lead 3-Year Strategic Vision

Anne O Brings Diverse Span of Experience In Public-Private Partnerships

This week the California Emerging Technology Fund (CETF) announced the appointment of Anne Minh O as Chief Management Officer.  CETF is the only statewide non-profit focused on closing the Digital Divide and achieving Digital Equity and is in its 15th year of advancing this mission.  After serving Contra Costa County Supervisor Karen Mitchoff as Chief of Staff, Ms. O now joins CETF to assist in pursuing strategic policies and decisions given the significant amount of California State and federal funding that has been approved for investments in broadband deployment and adoption.

Ms. O’s experience regularly required convening and leading strategic roundtables with community stakeholders and policy makers to address community concerns in various areas.  Prior to her roles in Contra Costa County, Ms. O worked closely with 21 cities and workforce development boards from Alameda and Contra Costa Counties to market regional assets and work towards building a comprehensive economic development strategy through the mission of the East Bay Economic Development Alliance.
