The PPHs will be led by the assigned Commissioner and assigned Administrative Law Judge (ALJ). Other Commissioners, Commissioner staff, and ALJs may also attend. Based on the number of speakers wishing to provide comments, the ALJ may limit speakers’ time so that all speakers have an opportunity to comment, and to conduct an efficient, respectful hearing. Public Participants should plan to speak for just 2 minutes—you can be powerful and impactful while also being concise. It is appreciated and remembered by the Commissioners and ALJs.
